In Caprile (1,038m) leaves a mule track climbing the south-eastern slope of Mt. Antola and leads to the ridge first, and then to the summit. On the way back it follows the ridge up to the Tre Croci Pass, where there is another path going down to Caprile.
The route runs through wide plateaus followed by slopes covered with broadleaf tree woods. During the summer the meadows are populated by herds of cattle. The ridge is covered by shrubs and also the beech trees become short and contorted.
