Learning about nature in Antola Park
Antola Regional Park, situated in the Upper Valleys of Trebbia and Scrivia, safeguards a territory of great environmental and landscape value in the heart of the Ligurian Apennines.
The Park Experience Center ("Centro Esperienze"), recognized in 2002 by the Ministry of the Environment with the Program In.F.E.A (Information, Training, Environmental Education) and belonging to the Ligurian System of Environmental Education, organizes activities and didactic proposals for schools, citizens, and local administrations, promoting sustainable development and the knowledge and enhancement of the naturalistic, historical, and traditional heritage of the Park territory.
Every year, the didactic offer is enriched with new proposals, joining projects of the Regione Liguria, the Province of Genova, and ARPAL-C.R.E.A. The staff of the Center consists of operators with a long experience in the field of environmental education, as well as formally recognized hiking and environmental tour guides.
